O-Key Account Help

Expired Password

If you have let your O-Key password expire and haven’t entered an alternate email or text number in O-Key, please ask the Student Services representative at the front desk of the Grady Clack to submit a request for activation. Please wait 15 minutes and then either use your own computer or go to one of the computers in the Grady Clack lobby.

  1. Go to http://okey.okstate.edu
  2. Click on the O-Key Account Activation icon and enter required information.
  3. Fill in your contact information.

Once you are on your profile page, click on the Change Password link on the left side of the page.

Expired Password (for alternate email address)

If your password has expired and you have set up an alternate email address or text messaging phone number in O-Key, you can reset your password by having an O-Key email or text message send you a Token. Either use your own computer or go to one of the computers in the Grady Clack lobby.

  1. Go to http://okey.okstate.edu
  2. Click on the Reset Password link.
  3. Choose an option to receive your Token.
  4. Enter the Token you received.
  5. Create a new password.

Activating O-Key for First Time

If you are activating your O-Key for the first time, you will need your PIN number. Please ask the Student Services representative at the front desk of the Grady Clack to submit a request for activation by calling 918-293-4680 or email osuit.admissions@okstate.edu. Make sure to include your name, Student ID, and your phone number, including the area code.

  1. Go to http://okey.okstate.edu
  2. Click on the O-Key Account Activation icon and enter required activation.
  3. Fill in your contact information.
  4. Once you are on your profile page, click the Change Password link on the left side of the page.
