Note: If your OSUIT Bursar account has been sent to collections and you have paid in full, it may take up to 30 days for your collections hold to be released. Please contact the Bursar's Office at 918-293-4681 for authorization to release a transcript after paying the collections account in full.
The University offers several ways to obtain your academic transcript:
Current Students with an Active O-Key Account:

Processing: 2-3 business days + 2-7 business days for USPS delivery. Additional time required over holidays and between semesters. Max 10 transcripts per day. |

Additional Transcript Information:
- Transcript Holds: Holds on your account (placed by Bursar, Financial Aid, etc.) will prevent the processing of your official transcript request. Please ensure no transcript holds exist before you request an official transcript. Current students can view their holds by logging into Self Service and selecting “View Holds” under the Student Records menu.
- Verification: The student's signature or other verification of identity is REQUIRED to process a transcript request; therefore, e-mail and telephone requests for official transcripts will not be accepted.
- Electronic Delivery: Electronic delivery of official transcripts is possible via our expedited eTranscript option.
- In-Person Requests: Current and former OSUIT students (who have attended OSUIT since Fall 1983) may obtain official transcripts in person by visiting the Office of the Registrar (The Grady Clack Center) with a valid photo ID.
