John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Award Nomination

The John & Suanne Roueche Excellence Award recognizes OSUIT excellence and achievement. The Roueche Award is presented annually at the Employee Appreciation Banquet.

Any employee may nominate a member of the staff, faculty, or administration who has exhibited excellence in a specific achievement or contribution to the institution during the past year.

To nominate a deserving employee, please complete and submit this form. The nomination deadline is usually in mid-August each year.

Nominations for 2019 must be received no later than Friday, August 16, 2019.
