The Associate in Applied Science in Culinary Arts prepares students with the skills and knowledge necessary for an exciting career in the growing food service industry. The Culinary Arts program is home to Okmulgee’s finest restaurants, the State Room and the Tech Room. Students gain valuable experience operating these two restaurants, which are open to the public.
