Physical Plant Services is constantly evaluating needed changes as the University grows. Projects are always underway through careful management of University funds.

These projects include: new construction and renovations, repairs, servicing, mechanical and building upgrades, infrastructure, signage, energy conservation, as well as landscaping and grounds maintenance.

Seating has been replaced along with new carpet, paint, and lighting. Upstairs north lobby has been renovated as well.


Student Union Cafeteria
The serving and dining area of the Student Union is undergoing a major transformation causing some temporary inconvenience but will result in expanded menu options, consistency of product, and an enjoyable atmosphere for students and employees.

A first of its kind, the 23,920 square foot training center, is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, machinery and tools so students are ready to work in the natural gas industry right after graduation.
