Are you ready to explore exciting technology careers and experience college life? The OSUIT STEM Summer Academy: Emerging & Converging Technology is your chance to dive into hands-on learning, explore career paths, and connect with like-minded peers. Designed for students entering grades 8-10, this academy is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to combine fun, education, and real-world career exploration.
During the week, you’ll stay on the OSUIT campus in Okmulgee and get a taste of college life as you live in student housing, eat on campus, and participate in immersive activities led by experienced instructors. You’ll apply math and science skills in state-of-the-art labs while discovering exciting fields like:
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Allied Health Sciences
- Automotive Technologies
- Construction
- Culinary Arts
- Engineering Technologies
- Heavy Equipment
- Nursing
- Visual Communications
