Career Fair

Held during the Fall and Spring Trimesters, the OSUIT Career Fair is an exceptional opportunity for students in Engineering & Construction Technologies, Creative & Information Technologies, and Business programs to connect with potential employers. Whether you're seeking a full-time job, internship, co-op, or part-time experience, this event is tailored to help you take the next step in your career.

A career fair is your chance to present yourself professionally, showcase your communication skills, and stand out to prospective employers.

This is a free event for students — no registration required.

Upcoming:

  • Fall 26 Career Fair — October 8, 2026. Registration will begin in September.
  • Spring 27 Career Fair — March 2, 2027. Registration will begin in January.

Employer Information

  • Invitations: Invitations will be sent out in September for Fall and January for Spring.

  • Registration: The registration link will go live after invitations are sent.

  • Cost: $200 for two representatives, which includes food and a table. Additional representatives can be added for $15 each. Prices may increase without advance notice.

Space is limited! Due to fire code restrictions, we recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your spot. A waiting list will be available but does not guarantee a space.

Student Preparation Checklist

This is a free event for students — no registration required. Follow these steps to make the most of the Career Fair:

  1. Update Your Resume

    • The Assessment Center offers year-round support for resume development and interview preparation. Bring copies of your resume to the fair.

  2. Research Employers

    • Check your email the week before the fair for a list of attending employers in your field. Research companies you're interested in to make a strong impression.

  3. Network

    • Collect email addresses from recruiters to follow up with questions or send thank-you notes.
