Through this applied leadership experience, participants will

Three badges leading to the Applied Industry Leadership Certificate
- Badge 1: Foundations of Leadership. Build core leadership skills, self-awareness, and clear communication for frontline roles.

Program Overview
Cohort length: 4 months
Format:
Hybrid: One live virtual class per month + asynchronous modules.
In-Person: One Saturday class per month in the Oklahoma City metro.
Cohort size: 20-24 participants
Tuition: $2,500 per person (Employer group pricing available)
