Culinary Arts Dining Experience

The Culinary Arts program at OSU Institute of Technology is proud to offer exceptional dining experiences through two unique services—our Tech Room and Ghost Kitchen. Whether you're looking to savor a fine dining experience or need a convenient to-go meal, our students are here to deliver excellence in every bite.

 

Dine-In: The Tech Room

Indulge in a full-service dining experience at The Tech Room, where our Culinary Arts students showcase their skills in a restaurant setting. Guests will enjoy a professionally prepared three-course meal in an elegant atmosphere. Reservations are required for this refined dining experience, offering you a taste of both modern and classic culinary techniques.

 


To-Go: The Ghost Kitchen

For those on the go, the Ghost Kitchen offers a fast, convenient solution without compromising on flavor or quality. Our students prepare delicious, expertly crafted meals that are carefully packaged for easy pickup. Whether you want to enjoy your meal in our State Room or take it with you, the Ghost Kitchen makes it easy to enjoy a fresh, culinary-crafted meal on your schedule.

Reservation Requests for Tech Room

Dining reservations are available on a limited basis. Please fill out the form and we will contact you during our next instructional day to confirm your reservation.
