IT Transfer Options

Looking to transfer into OSUIT's Information Technology degree program? If you are transferring from one of the below schools, see which classes you have already taken and how they will transfer into our program.

Courses taken for the degree must be completed with a grade of 'C' or higher. The minimum overall (cumulative) GPA required for graduation is a 2.50.

For the AS and AAS, at least 15 of the final 30 credit hours applied toward the degree or 50% of the major must be satisfactorily completed through OSUIT. 

Admittance to the Bachelor of Technology in Information Technologies is contingent upon completion of an AAS or higher.

At least 15 of the final 30 credit hours applied toward the degree must be satisfactorily completed through OSUIT. A minimum of 30 hours of resident credit applied toward the BT shall be taken through OSUIT. A minimum of 60 hrs must be taken from a baccalaureate-degree granting institution, 40 hours of which must be upper-division (excluding physical education courses)
