Our current on-campus facility includes a climate-controlled shop, classrooms, water lab, and computer lab. Our off-campus facilities are the ten power plants within one hour of the OSUIT campus. Plant visits are a vital part of the curriculum. Students study the workings of a system and the technology it takes to operate it. Then they take that knowledge to the Plants to see it being done firsthand by skilled employees. Students can tour multiple plants, speak with operators, and invite guest speakers to the OSUIT campus.
