Monthly Menu | Culinary Arts
Summer 2026
Each week, OSUIT's Culinary Arts students put a new regional cuisine on the plate — literally. Menus rotate through global flavors as students train in real kitchens, cooking for real guests. Check back weekly for what's on the menu at the Tech Room and Chef Pete's Eats.
