If at any point you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call Kendra Fitzl, 918-293-5292 between the hours of 7:30 and 4:30, or email kfitzl@okstate.edu.

What you need to know about your stay at the Holiday Inn

We anticipate students should be able to move into their regular campus housing by mid-September at the latest.

While staying at the Holiday Inn, if you have any questions or concerns, contact Greg Phillips at 918-293-4703 or gregory.phillips@okstate.edu. Greg will be the OSUIT representative stationed at the Holiday Inn for the duration of your stay to ensure all your OSUIT needs are met.

While staying at the Holiday Inn, you will have access to their free continental breakfast every morning, fitness center, and other amenities as well as on campus resources and services.

If you have belongings stored on campus, you can access them at any time during regular campus hours. Contact the Wilson Commons Front Desk at 918-293-4928 and a staff member will assist you. You must have your student ID or other photo ID with you to verify your identity.

Students staying at the Holiday Inn are expected to abide by the same rules as they would if they were in on campus housing. Please refer to the Students' Rights and Responsibilities and Residential Life Handbook for more information.

All of this information will be reviewed at the mandatory building/floor meeting on Move-in Day.
