Virtual Meeting Solutions: Zoom and Microsoft Teams

  • Zoom at OSUIT: OSUIT uses Zoom as the primary tool for virtual meetings.

  • Microsoft Teams: OSUIT also provides Microsoft Teams for video chats and meetings. For support, contact the Service Desk at 918-293-4700.


Access Software Remotely

Use virtual desktops to access essential software from any off-campus location. Simply visit https://desktop.okstate.edu to get started.


Campus Wi-Fi and Eduroam Authentication

  • Connect to the campus Wi-Fi using Eduroam. With an active O-Key account, you can also access Wi-Fi at participating universities worldwide.
  • Guest Access: Employees can request a OSUGUEST wireless account for campus visitors by contacting the Service Desk. Each guest must have their own unique credentials, per OSU security policies.

Technology Announcements

  • DUO Multifactor Authentication Required: Access to network resources requires DUO authentication and an O-Key account. Learn more here.
  • Emergency Broadband Benefit Program: Eligible households can receive discounted broadband services and devices through this FCC program. Details are available here.

Technology Services Scope

Technology Services provides:

  • Hardware support for university-approved technology.
  • Network, computer, communication, and cybersecurity technology support.
  • Coordination of equipment moves or installations with the Physical Plant for building alterations.

Digital Signage and Outdoor Displays

Technology Services supports campus digital signage, while outdoor signage is handled by the Physical Plant. Report issues with outdoor signage by submitting a Physical Plant work order.
