OSUIT Surplus Auction
The OSUIT surplus auction will be held in October of 2024.
Auction Location
The auction area is located on the northwest corner of campus, in the fenced lot behind Construction Technologies.
Sale Instructions
- All Sales are final and must be paid by the conclusion of the sale.
- Cash, Bank Letter or Approved Check with positive ID are the only accepted forms of payment.
- OSUIT personnel will be on site the day of the sale to assist with loading.
- All items purchased from the auction must be picked up by the following Friday at 2 PM, unless prior arrangements are made. Items not picked up by this date and time will revert back to OSUIT unless prior arrangements have been made for pickup.
- Purchased items can be picked up M-F 7:30 AM - 2 PM, the week following the auction. Any other times must be prearranged by calling the Physical Plant Office at 918-293-5410.
- The auction is free to the general public. There is no cost to register to bid, but a valid photo ID is needed to register..
- OSUIT is a tobacco free campus. Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
- The wearing of masks is not required, but is encouraged.
