    Responsible for installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of voice, video, and data cabling (copper and fiber-optic) for inside and outside cable plants.

    • Install, terminate, and test low-voltage and fiber-optic cables
    • Pull cable, perform fire stopping, and dress/label to industry standards
    • Work in renovation and new construction environments

This is a hands-on field leadership role for an experienced builder who can drive schedules, maintain a clean and disciplined site, and comfortably manage subcontractors, safety, and owner expectations from mobilization through closeout.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large commercial projects to ensure safety, budget, and quality compliance.
    • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors while holding trades accountable to scope and schedule.
    • Develop and drive three-week look-ahead schedules in alignment with the master project schedule using Microsoft Project.
    • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam daily for documentation, logs, RFIs, submittals, and document markups.

    Qualifications:
