• Supervise local staff.
• Ensure accurate financial information flow to the state office. 
• Serve as the face of and an expert on Big Brothers Big Sisters in Stillwater.
• Develop and cultivate partnerships and donors.
• Recruit for and partner with local resource board and committee members to advance the BBBSOK mission in Stillwater.
• Develop new relationships with local potential funders resulting in new gifts to the organization for work in Stillwater.
• Maintain strong relationship with the local United Way. Serve as primary contact for United Way agency meetings, speaking requests, etc.
• Work in cooperation with state grant writer on proposals, grant reporting and all foundation communication. Maintain a strong relationship with local representatives of these donations.
• Manage and implement all major fundraising events including Bowl for Kids’ Sake and the annual Gala.
• Maintain donor history, notes and gift information in donor databases.

The technician is responsible for the installation, modification, repair, and maintenance of voice, video, and data consisting of copper and fiber-optic cabling for inside and outside cable plants. The Structured Cabling Technician is expected to work to and adhere to proper customer installation guidelines and industry standards. In addition, they are to Maintain compliance with Quality Assurance standards as well as ensuring service performance indicators are met or exceeded.


What You’ll Get to Do


• Must have the ability to install, terminate & test low voltage cables & fiber optical cables. Strong understanding of low-voltage infrastructure and related services.
• Installation from outlets to distribution point, pulling cable, fire stopping, and pre-termination including organizing, forming, dressing, and labeling cables to industry and Client standards
• Perform work in renovations and new construction environments and implement cut-over.
• Update documentation of all network cabling configuration upgrades, additions, or revisions after implementation.
• Use various types of copper and fiber cable and termination hardware as well as termination and testing procedures used on a day-to-day basis.


More About the Role


• Ability to work from heights such as man lifts, scissor lifts, and Ladders, reach overhead, and kneel for long periods.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and architectural, mechanical, and electrical documents.

DC Power cabling experience (hot work in BDFB highly desirable), cable testing (fiber, copper, coax) experience, prior experience successfully leading installations, read and follow Method of Procedures, order specifications, floor plans, equipment, and wiring documentation. Familiarity with the Telcordia and TP76300 installation standards. Responsible for the accuracy of all documentation as required. Experience with completing quality assurance procedures and checking the final product for errors. Must be able to work a variety of shifts and travel extensively (road warriors needed).
