Responsible for the design phases related to projects for the land development industry. Design work includes site, grading, utility, on-site and municipal wastewater systems, storm water systems, road work, flood studies/mitigation, and state and local permitting.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Direction

  • Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and discretion on a regular or frequent basis.

Licensed HVAC Technician - Position Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the preventative maintenance and upkeep of HVAC systems and all related HVAC activities associated with building and grounds for all TTCU facilities. Facilities Management HVAC Coordinator ensures that all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems are always operational. Duties include preforming routine equipment inspections, providing recommendations for upkeep and servicing as well as preforming preventative maintenance and repairs. May also assist with miscellaneous building repairs, maintenance and coordination of service and supply vendors. Performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

70% - Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs and upkeep for Corporate HQ and branch buildings as required, including but not limited to: HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building envelope. Ensure all facilities’ ventilation, heating, and cooling systems work as needed for employees, members, and visitors. Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs of building, mechanical rooms, and equipment. When required, suggest, and perform repairs or contact maintenance vendors to coordinate maintenance activities for all TTCU facilities, to limit any down time and unnecessary interruption of TTCU business.

20% - Inspect facilities' heating and cooling systems frequently and prepare buildings to be ready for occupancy. Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating within normal parameters. Perform inspections of branch heating and cooling machinery and equipment throughout the year. Schedule and/or perform preventative maintenance for systems equipment. Collaborate with Facilities Management Supervisor to track equipment warranties, lifetime/life cycles, and servicing.

10% -Verify invoices accurately reflect the work performed and/or goods delivered as stated. Process invoices for final approval. Receive and document supplies, and other materials delivered by vendors and fill departmental requisitions to satisfy department needs and minimize interruptions. Visually monitor stock inventory and make necessary calls to vendors for stock replenishment. Develop facility assessments and routinely inspect for safety compliance and operational efficiency. Create budgetary and lifetime warranty schedules and future standards, including organizing inventory to limit unnecessary losses to TTCU. Assist, when necessary, with building repairs or facilities maintenance issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:  

Vocational training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or another related area preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Company will furnish a service van and all major install and service equipment.

Service area will be all of the Tulsa metropolitan area including many of the outlying areas. 

Technician will be required to reside within this area and will be allowed to take the service vehicle home. The vehicle will be monitored with a tracking device.

Technician will be required to furnish his own tool bag with all small hand tools, an impact drill/driver, HVAC multimeter and refrigeration gauges.

Duties:
1. Take direction from owners and run routine service and maintenance calls.
2. Diagnose and repair/replace residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment such as condensing units, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, thermostats etc.
3. Perform maintenance on all brands of equipment.
4. Install condensing units, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, package units, thermostats, various accessories and duct work.
5. Be able to communicate with vendors and customers and represent the company in a friendly and 
effective manner.
6. Keep accurate records of all activity.
7. Maintain service vehicle, equipment, tools, stock and supplies.

SUMMARY – Senior Cyber Threat Analyst: Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, IT Infrastructure, the incumbent performs all aspects of a cyber threat analyst to assist in the defense of WFEC cyber systems and operations. At times, the incumbent will participate/lead exercises and continue obtaining advanced knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and information security. The incumbent will possess and exercise a basic understanding of common programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, and other scripting languages (Perl, Python, etc.).

SUMMARY – Cyber Threat Analyst: Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, IT Infrastructure, the incumbent will participate in professional and on-the-job training to ensure continuing education certifications as needed. The incumbent will work towards basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and information security. The incumbent will perform risk, vulnerability, and security assessments at WFEC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – include the following; other duties may be assigned. Curate and triage intelligence from multiple sources. Communicate with the Security Operations Team with timely and relevant TTPs, IOCs, and context. Generate reports for management based on data, information, and intelligence derived from analysis. Develop assessments based on cyber intelligence and report recommendations and/or findings to management. Clearly articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing. Maintain a strong understanding of intelligence surrounding geo-political events and report on correlated activity to management. Act as a liaison between information sharing groups, law enforcement, and intelligence communities. Gather, sort, filter, and analyze raw data into actionable intelligence. Lead threat hunting and root cause analysis on events and misconfigurations. Perform threat research and attribution. Understand the MITRE ATT&ACK, Cyber Kill Chain, and other frameworks. Support collection of intelligence and telemetry information. Reviews logs, configurations, rule sets, user accounts, account groups, and network traffic for adherence to policy/procedure. Work with other cyber security team members to detect, respond, and remediate any events that occur. Tests and implements IDS/IPS rule sets and signatures. Performs network traffic analysis when anomalous traffic needs to be investigated. Assists in conducting incident response and forensic investigations. Analyzes network infrastructure rule sets manually and uses software tools to ensure proper security posture for compliance. Writes reports and briefings related to specific information security issues. Tickets and tracks operational issues related to the security posture of cyber assets which are in scope for this group. Participates in exercises that test policies, procedures, and skills which are required by business and critical operations. Participates in in-house, regulatory, and industry teams including working groups, committees, incident response teams, and business continuity teams as required.

Extensive knowledge of cyber threat analysis, excellent written and oral communication skills, networking, as well as proven experience with security technologies and intelligence analysis, is preferred. Industry specific certifications may be substituted for experience at the rate of one (1) year experience for each certification. Directly related experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two (2) years of experience for one (1) year of education.

Cyber Threat Analyst – ($75,894 - $116,486): A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. SUMMARY: Under close supervision of the Treasury & Technical Accounting Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Specialist maintains and updates accounts payable system, maintains and validates vendor master file information, verifies and processes invoices into the system, reconciles vendors statements, maintains accurate record of accounts payable activity, processes payments, processes ACH files and positive pay files to bank, performs risk management processes to prevent payment fraud, and prepares 1099 reporting. The incumbent also acts as the department’s contact and coordinator for issues with accounts payable software modules, upgrades, updates, testing, and implementation. The incumbent serves as the Cooperative’s expert on function of the accounts payable processes and compliance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reviews invoices received in relation to corresponding purchase orders and receiving reports. Inputs invoices daily into the accounts payable system. Verifies invoice and accounting information against supporting documents for accuracy. Analyzes disputed invoices and coordinates resolving issues with various departments, purchasing agents, accountants and/or vendors. Processes invoices in a timely manner to ensure the processing of payments in compliance of contractual terms (releasing, assigning, and entering payments, payment files for banks) by due date. Prepares and analyzes payment batches, accounts payable balancing reports, and maintains accounts payable system. Analyzes payments for opportunities of administrative efficiencies and cost saving initiatives. Maintains freight document files and performs research for tracing of shipments. Reconciles account transactions with the general ledger and resolves accounting discrepancies. Files various reports: weekly, monthly, year-end, accounts payable open, accounts payable check register, cash requirements and invoice entry report. Ensures timely and appropriate payment of all invoices by matching invoices to supporting documents and verifying vendor information. Research vendor statements and responds via written correspondence. Possess understanding of accounting principles such as accounts payable disbursement process including purchasing, receiving, and inventory. Maintains and validates Vendor Master File in PeopleSoft accounts payable module in a manner to ensure integrity of data and non-duplication of payments, vendors, and payment fraud. System matter expert of Accounts Payable module in PeopleSoft Financial system. Responsible for testing and testing scripts for Accounts Payable module in PeopleSoft Financial system, such as: adding vendor, payment of invoices, perform 1099 process, balance Accounts Payable activity. Ensures effective and efficient document retention of accounts payable documents. Reviews receipt accrual for accuracy to ensure specific purchase orders are accrued appropriately in monthly financial statements. Maintains and verifies W-9 forms and 1099 information in the PeopleSoft Vendor Master File for all new vendors to facilitate annual filing of 1099s with the Internal Revenue Service.

Education and Experience:
Accounts Payable Specialist I – ($53,653 – $79,812): Requires a minimum of five years of experience in accounts payable or accounting related duties. Related education can be substituted for experience at a rate of one year of education for two years of experience.

Accounts Payable Specialist II – ($60,633 – $91,141): Requires a minimum of eight years of experience in accounts payable or accounting related duties. Must be able to operate a calculator proficiently. Previous proficient experience using financial software for daily duties and experience using a desktop computer is required. Related education can be substituted for experience at a rate of one year of education for two years of experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write basic correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees and others.

Timber Wolf Excavating (TWX) is a large scale commercial concrete, earthwork, & utilities contractor in Broken Arrow and we are looking for interested candidates for project management roles. Dependent on experience, one can expect to work as an assistant PM to start as they become acclimated to what we do and hopefully evolve into a lead project manager role. Candidates would need to be proficient in Microsoft Office as this would be a role that requires field and office time, this would be just a general understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook, Bluebeam or Adobe to name a few I use frequently. We also utilize Procore for our construction document software so any experience in that as well is a plus.

The Equipment Operator/Maintenance Mechanic maintains facilities, tools and equipment, mechanical 
systems and vehicles and preserve areas frequented by the visiting public. They undertake

The Borger Refinery is in Borger, Texas, about 50 miles northeast of Amarillo. It’s owned by WRB Refining LP, a 50/50 partnership between Phillips 66 and Cenovus Energy, and operated by Phillips 66. The refinery processes primarily medium sour crude oil delivered through pipelines from West Texas, the Texas Panhandle and Canada.

technical internship with Phillips 66 Borger Refinery will allow you opportunities to make contributions that support our overall Refining organization.


As a Process Controls Specialist Intern, you will get to work closely with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), as well as the Process Controls Network (PCN). Get hands on experience learning best practices in the design, selection, implementation, maintenance, and sustainability of the process control asset base to ensure that company guidelines, policies, procedures, regulatory, production, and optimization objectives are achieved. This will expose you to the following:

  • Managing and maintaining hardware and software for distributed control systems and safety instrumented systems to achieve automation and operational objectives.
  • Communicating effectively with operations, maintenance, process, and project engineering vendors, contractors, etc. to address problems and coordinate safe work in the refinery.
  • Acting as technical resource on instrumentation and control for Instrument Craftsmen and other groups. 
  • Assisting project group with instrumentation and control engineering activities on capital projects. 
  • Assisting operations and maintenance teams with supporting the running units with troubleshooting and documentation support.

Responsible for the monitoring, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all instrumentation and controls associated with Utility Services to include commodities, production plants, wells, water towers, and several hundred miles of associated underground utility distribution.

Duties

  • Operates, troubleshoots and repairs hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, and digital instruments.
  • Troubleshoots, installs, and performs maintenance on electrical and electronic equipment as required.
  • Monitors critical delta pressures and temperatures for distribution points all over campus.  Makes adjustments to controls within the Norman campus.
  • Repairs and performs maintenance on relay and control system.
  • Tests and inspects instruments and systems to diagnose and correct issues.
  • Repairs and adjusts system components including sensors, transmitters, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Calibrates components and instruments for all transmitters, wells, and water towers.
  • Interprets and uses in-house and manufacturer's electrical, mechanical, and electronic schematics and prints.
  • Works with vendors and submits work orders for other departments and OU teams.
  • Logs repair and maintenance activities and creates reports.
  • Performs various duties as needed to successfully fulfill the function of the position.

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED, AND;

  • 24 months of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, calibration, repair, and installation of utility instrumentation and controls. 

Equivalence/Substitution: Will accept completion of a two-year technical trade school in lieu of the required 24 months of experience.

SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Financial Services Supervisor, the incumbent performs day-to-day moderately complex accounting activities relating to the maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and the resultant managerial reports and financial statements. The employee also performs more complex accounting activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts and for developing financial statements and reports for management and entities outside the Cooperative. The job requires the incumbent to provide functional advice or training to less experienced accountants.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following: Other duties may be assigned. Prepares financial statements for internal and external use. Provides Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) interpretations and ensures WFEC compliance. Handle most accounting problems with minimum assistance in the appropriate area of specialization (budgets, financial, taxation, property, gas, energy trading, or compliance). Obtain information from and coordinate the flow of information with other departments to resolve complex accounting problems. Technical input is used in developing accounting policies and practices. Lead in identifying the appropriate recording and reporting a work method that achieves department and company objectives. Develops, applies and reviews queries and reports for the department and management using the automated accounting system. Reviews and analyzes information from the automated accounting systems for accuracy and reliability as it relates to the general ledger and financial statements. Coordinates resources and data for internal and external audit activities, credit rating agencies and lenders. Prepares information or analysis for special projects. Prepares and approves all journal entries for entry in the general ledger system. Coordinates and prepares subsidiary accounting records and consolidations. Assembles operations, maintenance, and capital budgets. Analyzes source of budget variances. Compiles fuel usage estimates, allocations, adjustments, and balancing.
