Responsible for the design phases related to projects for the land development industry. Design work includes site, grading, utility, on-site and municipal wastewater systems, storm water systems, road work, flood studies/mitigation, and state and local permitting.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Direction

  • Perform work under very limited supervision requiring the need to exercise independent judgement and discretion on a regular or frequent basis.

Licensed HVAC Technician - Position Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating the preventative maintenance and upkeep of HVAC systems and all related HVAC activities associated with building and grounds for all TTCU facilities. Facilities Management HVAC Coordinator ensures that all heating, cooling, and ventilation systems are always operational. Duties include preforming routine equipment inspections, providing recommendations for upkeep and servicing as well as preforming preventative maintenance and repairs. May also assist with miscellaneous building repairs, maintenance and coordination of service and supply vendors. Performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

70% - Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs and upkeep for Corporate HQ and branch buildings as required, including but not limited to: HVAC systems, boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building envelope. Ensure all facilities’ ventilation, heating, and cooling systems work as needed for employees, members, and visitors. Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs of building, mechanical rooms, and equipment. When required, suggest, and perform repairs or contact maintenance vendors to coordinate maintenance activities for all TTCU facilities, to limit any down time and unnecessary interruption of TTCU business.

20% - Inspect facilities' heating and cooling systems frequently and prepare buildings to be ready for occupancy. Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating within normal parameters. Perform inspections of branch heating and cooling machinery and equipment throughout the year. Schedule and/or perform preventative maintenance for systems equipment. Collaborate with Facilities Management Supervisor to track equipment warranties, lifetime/life cycles, and servicing.

10% -Verify invoices accurately reflect the work performed and/or goods delivered as stated. Process invoices for final approval. Receive and document supplies, and other materials delivered by vendors and fill departmental requisitions to satisfy department needs and minimize interruptions. Visually monitor stock inventory and make necessary calls to vendors for stock replenishment. Develop facility assessments and routinely inspect for safety compliance and operational efficiency. Create budgetary and lifetime warranty schedules and future standards, including organizing inventory to limit unnecessary losses to TTCU. Assist, when necessary, with building repairs or facilities maintenance issues.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Requirements:  

Vocational training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing or another related area preferred.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Company will furnish a service van and all major install and service equipment.

Service area will be all of the Tulsa metropolitan area including many of the outlying areas. 

Technician will be required to reside within this area and will be allowed to take the service vehicle home. The vehicle will be monitored with a tracking device.

Technician will be required to furnish his own tool bag with all small hand tools, an impact drill/driver, HVAC multimeter and refrigeration gauges.

Duties:
1. Take direction from owners and run routine service and maintenance calls.
2. Diagnose and repair/replace residential and light commercial heating and cooling equipment such as condensing units, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, thermostats etc.
3. Perform maintenance on all brands of equipment.
4. Install condensing units, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, evaporator coils, package units, thermostats, various accessories and duct work.
5. Be able to communicate with vendors and customers and represent the company in a friendly and 
effective manner.
6. Keep accurate records of all activity.
7. Maintain service vehicle, equipment, tools, stock and supplies.

SUMMARY – Senior Cyber Threat Analyst: Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, IT Infrastructure, the incumbent performs all aspects of a cyber threat analyst to assist in the defense of WFEC cyber systems and operations. At times, the incumbent will participate/lead exercises and continue obtaining advanced knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and information security. The incumbent will possess and exercise a basic understanding of common programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, and other scripting languages (Perl, Python, etc.).

SUMMARY – Cyber Threat Analyst: Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, IT Infrastructure, the incumbent will participate in professional and on-the-job training to ensure continuing education certifications as needed. The incumbent will work towards basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking, and information security. The incumbent will perform risk, vulnerability, and security assessments at WFEC.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – include the following; other duties may be assigned. Curate and triage intelligence from multiple sources. Communicate with the Security Operations Team with timely and relevant TTPs, IOCs, and context. Generate reports for management based on data, information, and intelligence derived from analysis. Develop assessments based on cyber intelligence and report recommendations and/or findings to management. Clearly articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing. Maintain a strong understanding of intelligence surrounding geo-political events and report on correlated activity to management. Act as a liaison between information sharing groups, law enforcement, and intelligence communities. Gather, sort, filter, and analyze raw data into actionable intelligence. Lead threat hunting and root cause analysis on events and misconfigurations. Perform threat research and attribution. Understand the MITRE ATT&ACK, Cyber Kill Chain, and other frameworks. Support collection of intelligence and telemetry information. Reviews logs, configurations, rule sets, user accounts, account groups, and network traffic for adherence to policy/procedure. Work with other cyber security team members to detect, respond, and remediate any events that occur. Tests and implements IDS/IPS rule sets and signatures. Performs network traffic analysis when anomalous traffic needs to be investigated. Assists in conducting incident response and forensic investigations. Analyzes network infrastructure rule sets manually and uses software tools to ensure proper security posture for compliance. Writes reports and briefings related to specific information security issues. Tickets and tracks operational issues related to the security posture of cyber assets which are in scope for this group. Participates in exercises that test policies, procedures, and skills which are required by business and critical operations. Participates in in-house, regulatory, and industry teams including working groups, committees, incident response teams, and business continuity teams as required.

Extensive knowledge of cyber threat analysis, excellent written and oral communication skills, networking, as well as proven experience with security technologies and intelligence analysis, is preferred. Industry specific certifications may be substituted for experience at the rate of one (1) year experience for each certification. Directly related experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two (2) years of experience for one (1) year of education.

Cyber Threat Analyst – ($75,894 - $116,486): A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.   • Support Root Cause Analyses to assist in determining equipment failure and the reasons for failures when they occur
  • Complete required and accurate documentation associated with corrective and preventive maintenance of wind turbines and associated equipment; maintain records of documentation
  • Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and/or retrofit low to medium-voltage electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic components and equipment associated with wind turbines and the wind farm.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities in a safe and efficient manner on wind turbines and associated equipment located on the wind farm
  • Utilize appropriate safety gear, and protective equipment, and control or dissipation of energy sources to ensure work is performed in a safe manner.
  • Conduct safety analysis and review of hazards and energy sources prior to and while  performing any work assignment on the wind farm
  • Properly maintain tools and equipment used to perform assigned maintenance assignments  
  • Maintain required training certifications and qualifications to enable personnel to safely perform work-related tasks in a quality matter.

Qualifications:

 

  • Requires a high school education or equivalent, college degree a plus
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international locations for work and/or training for extended periods of time

The Test Technician will work on the Engineering Lab team that is part of the Unitary Products Group (UPG) for Johnson Controls. As a Calibration Engineering Assistant working for the Engineering Lab, you will work in a climate-controlled HVAC laboratory environment performing a variety of duties related to the calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting/repair, and documentation of a wide variety of instrumentation used throughout the lab.

Responsibilities / Duties:

Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with a variety of instrumentation and data acquisition system components, both AC & DC circuits. Including but not limited to microprocessors, PLC devices, pressure transducers, RTD’s, electrical (volt/watt/amp) transducers, Thermocouple measurement, IMTE (Inspection, Measurement and Test Equipment), etc.
• Perform regularly scheduled calibration duties and routine maintenance / minor repair of lab instrumentation as needed
• Generate calibration reports as requested by project engineers for submittal to certifying agencies
• Maintain calibration documentation databases required by certifying agencies. (CSA, UL, ETL, Intertek, AHRI, etc.)

  • Work independently or in pairs to repair equipment at workstation. Use a variety of handheld tools which must be grasped manually, applying as much as 100 pounds of torque to disassemble mechanical units.  Tools may be manual, electrical or pneumatic in nature, requiring adequate grip for safe operation.
  • Walk/Stand upon a variety of surfaces to transport materials, equipment, and tools between work areas. Required to stand approximately 5-6 hours per day.  Standing/walking takes place upon concrete, asphalt, metal grated and diamond steel plated walkways and stairways.  Required to climb as high as 5 flights of stairs 3-4 times a day to reach work area.  Must be able to kneel, crouch, or crawl to reach restricted access work areas a minimum of 1-2 times daily.
  • Work in varying environmental conditions. Required to work primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions.  Outside temperatures may range from -32oF to an excess of 100oF.  Indoor temperatures can be 110oF or higher.

The Equipment Operator/Maintenance Mechanic maintains facilities, tools and equipment, mechanical

We are expanding our field service department and are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for system installation, integration, operation, calibration, commissioning, and maintenance of upstream and midstream automation systems and performs other related duties. The Technician uses extensive knowledge of pneumatics and DC Electronics with a basic knowledge of AC electrical systems associated with upstream and midstream oil & gas production facilities.

 

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Installs, configures, and maintains new automation equipment - including, but not limited to remote terminal units (RTU), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), electronic flow meters (EFM), automation instrumentation and devices, SCADA configuration and commissioning, etc.
  • Services and troubleshoots measurement and control systems and other electronic equipment in the field to ensure accurate production data
  • Proper use of measurement instruments such as Volt/Ohm meters, frequency generators and SCADA test equipment and calibrators
  • Calibrates and adjusts measurement & control devices
  • Attend and participate in all safety meetings
  • Read and be familiar with State and Federal Environmental Compliance Regulations
  • Safeguard all company and client assets
  • Maintain and use safety equipment as required. Report any safety violations to immediate supervisor

 

Experience:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications and other PC based computer applications.

Duties

The Technology Support Technician works with subject matter experts in the Controls and Automation department to support new products. Individuals hired into this role take part in a training program structured to make them experts in [system architecture, hardware, software, networking, remote access, etc.] in order to effectively support the Company’s EcoCell battery energy storage technologies, Cortex automation platforms, and proprietary drilling rig control systems.

The Technology Support Technician serves as a primary member of technology product teams responsible for the design, development, commissioning and support of new controls and automation system technologies. They travel to drilling rig field locations to perform a variety of controls related service and maintenance activities. Activities include servicing, repairing, troubleshooting, adjusting, testing, and downloading to drilling rig controls and automation systems. Additional duties include training and mentoring crews on EcoCell, Cortex, and drilling rig controls systems, coordinating software and hardware related updates on rigs, and providing appropriate feedback to the jobsite manager and Controls and Automation Manager.

 

Detailed Description:

  • Work with resident subject matter experts to become proficient in supporting new technology products
  • Perform controls and systems based inspections, services, and repairs on new technology products and drilling rig control systems
  • Update software and firmware on various types of PLC’s, switches, routers, HMI’s, VFD’s, generator controls, and other components that comprise the drilling rig control systems
  • Install and commission new EcoCell, Cortex and drilling rig control systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical, controls, and systems based issues via phone and while onsite
  • Assist with development and conduct training with operational crews in preventative maintenance checks and services, including how to properly conduct basic and intermediate repairs
  • Test and diagnose electrical and electronic components and coordinate for the repair of the system or systems
  • Provide recommendations on product improvements and enhancements
  • Supervise maintenance related projects on the rig with the rig crew or third parties

Job Requirements:

  • Assist in developing and monitoring spare and replacement parts listing for specific equipment
  • Assist in development and conduct training for all rig components
  • Help monitor issues, conduct root cause analysis and trend analysis through multiple facets of information gathering
  • Assist operations in designated Maintenance/Policy implementation
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to safely navigate drilling rig work sites with occasional walking, climbing, standing, stepping, etc. during normal rig operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather)
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment
  • Ability to travel to visit drilling rig work sites and support business units; requiring extended travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office area
  • Lift and carry 50 pounds independently while walking on uneven surfaces
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and crawl during visits to field and operational work areas
  • Frequent use a variety of hand and power tools to perform a range of mechanically oriented functions including independent use of heavy-duty handheld and long-handled tools
  • Clear vision to judge near and far distances to maintain awareness of, watch, and report ongoing work activities to coworkers and third parties
  • Listen for unusual noises that signify equipment and machinery problems
  • Maintain spatial orientation and awareness to safely move around work environment with many moving objects
  • Stay alert and focused including during occasional extended work periods
  • Demonstrate clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to promptly give, and follow, directions when working with others
  • Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all designated times
  • Ability to work a rotational schedule that can include days or nights as well as weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills including ability to interact productively with coworkers and third parties

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma, certificate or equivalent is required
  • One (1) year stable work history in the repair and/or maintenance of motors, engines, or hydraulic and electrical equipment
  • Must have valid state-issued driver’s license and be eligible to drive Company vehicle including ability to meet requirements of Company’s vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Control system experience
  • Technical training or advanced education in a relevant vocational field

 

Work Environment

This position requires the person to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions, including precipitation, cold / heat, high wind, and turbulent conditions. The Technician will be exposed to the typical conditions of the local area where the drilling operations and rigs are located. The Technician must work with an emphasis on safety for themselves and others including coworkers and third parties.  They must be able to work closely with others and under deadlines including time-sensitive response situations. They must be willing to work extended schedules that will include working days, nights, weekends and holidays.
