NC-SARA and Professional Licensure

Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSUIT) participates in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA) to provide quality distance education opportunities across state lines. Some programs may lead to professional licensure or certification, and requirements differ by state; students are encouraged to review state-specific licensure information prior to enrollment. OSUIT also ensures the verification of student identity in distance education to protect academic integrity. In addition, online students have access to a formal complaint process should concerns arise while completing distance education courses.
