Karla brings over 20 years of experience to the CTLE Center at OSUIT. Her career spans multiple roles, including 10 years in Student Services and 4 years in Academics within the IDEA Center as an Instructional Designer and Adjunct Instructor.Karla holds a Bachelor of Technology in Software Development from OSUIT, Master's in Educational Technology with a certificate in Online Teaching from OSU, and a Master's Certificate in Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management. Her diverse expertise and dedication to education make her a vital asset to the IDEA Center's mission of fostering innovation and learning.

Ron brings over 25 years of experience in education, including 10+ years at OSU Institute of Technology (OSUIT). Expert in supporting faculty, designing high-quality learning experiences, and implementing instructional technologies. Proven collaborator with administrators and faculty to promote and support high-quality teaching and learning in both traditional and distance learning environments. Experienced in curriculum design, faculty development, and technology integration aligned with institutional goals.

Anna Roland is an Instructional Design Specialist at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. She holds a Master of Science in Instructional Design Technology and brings experience in both K-12 and higher education. Prior to joining OSUIT, she worked at Northern Oklahoma College supporting online learning initiatives and leading a federally funded Title III grant. She works with faculty to design engaging and accessible online and hybrid courses.
