Christian brings over 20 years of experience in writing and designing applied course materials, specializing in creating engaging and interactive content. With a professional background in game design, digital environment creation, and graphic design, he comes to us from the creative side of the industry, bringing a unique perspective to curriculum development. Passionate about organization and seamless user experiences, he enjoys structuring content in Canvas, troubleshooting complex links, and gets genuinely excited when a YouTube video plays perfectly in a scaled window within an LMS system.

Karla brings over 20 years of experience to the CTLE Center at OSUIT. Her career spans multiple roles, including 10 years in Student Services and 4 years in Academics within the IDEA Center as an Instructional Designer and Adjunct Instructor.Karla holds a Bachelor of Technology in Software Development from OSUIT, Master's in Educational Technology with a certificate in Online Teaching from OSU, and a Master's Certificate in Information Security from Keller Graduate School of Management. Her diverse expertise and dedication to education make her a vital asset to the IDEA Center's mission of fostering innovation and learning.
