Professional Development Guidelines

The goal of the professional development program at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSUIT) is to encourage the continuous professional growth and success of all OSUIT employees, to cultivate a culture of lifelong learning, and to support the efforts of individuals as they strive to reach their individual and professional goals and aspirations.

In collaboration with their supervisors, faculty and staff are encouraged to take advantage of the myriad of professional opportunities available to them through OSUIT and from numerous external entities. These opportunities will utilize a variety of delivery options for easy and flexible access.
