Where are you from?

I am originally from Okmulgee. I’ve also lived in San Antonio, Texas, and recently moved back to Oklahoma from Des Moines, Iowa

 What school and program are you enrolled in?

I am currently enrolled in the School of Information Technologies Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics program.

 Why did you want to come to OSUIT?

The opportunities are great here! The cybersecurity program here is very rewarding, and the job placement rate was near 90 percent at graduation, which stands out to me.

 What’s been the best thing about being a student here?

My instructors, because of the willingness they have to help you. They are passionate about seeing students succeed. Success to them is not how well a student scores on a test, but knowing that the student is ready and prepared for life in the industry.

You also work at OSUIT, what do you do here at OSUIT?

I am the administrative assistant for the Office of Marketing & Communications. 

What’s been the best thing about working here?

The opportunity to be a part of a team that strives through teamwork to be successful in marketing the campus. 

What’s your favorite spot on campus?

My favorite spots are: the IT buildings, the library and just walking around campus.
