Withdrawing from School
Withdrawing from school is completely dropping all of your courses.
To completely withdraw from OSU Institute of Technology, a student must initiate the process in the Registrar’s Office. However, to complete the withdrawal process, it is recommended that the student contact the Bursar’s office, Student Financial Services, Residential Life, Library, and the student’s academic division office. Failure to completely withdraw as required under the institute’s policy will result in permanent grades being awarded in all classes in which the student has enrolled. This process ensures that the student is making an informed decision. The last dates to withdraw without academic penalties are listed in the catalog calendar for each semester.
You may withdraw from school by:
- Completing the Withdrawal Form and returning the signed form to the Registrar’s Office.
This form can be returned in person, by mail, or by fax.
