Resident Tuition Waiver


Scholarships are awarded by date of submitted application for admission and receipt of ACT or transcript(s). Funding is limited. Must be enrolled in 12 hours each semester and maintain a 2.0 GPA to receive for 6 consecutive semesters.

Tuition waiver scholarships for Oklahoma students - First-time, GED and transfer students with less than 24 attempted hours.
Scholarship/Waiver Amount Duration Eligibility
First-Time Freshman $300 per year 6 semesters Minimum overall high school GPA of 2.0-2.49 or 19 ACT or GED average of 401-455.
Achievement $450 per year 6 semesters Minimum overall high school GPA of 2.5-2.99 or 20 ACT or GED average of 456-500.
Career Technology Center Achievement $450 per year 6 semesters Minimum 3.0 GPA on at least 9 hours of work completed at any career technology center.
Honor $600 per year 6 semesters Minimum overall high school GPA of 3.0-3.24 or 21 ACT or GED average of 501-555.
Excellence $900 per year 6 semesters Minimum overall high school GPA of 3.25-3.49 or 22 ACT or GED average of 556-600.
Dean's $1,200 per year 6 semesters Minimum overall high school GPA of 3.5-3.74 or 23 ACT or GED average of 600-700.
President's $1,500 per year 6 semesters Minimum overall high school GPA of 3.75-4.0 or 24 ACT or GED average of 701-800.
Tuition waiver scholarships for Oklahoma students - Transfer students with 24 or more attempted credit hours.

Distinction $900 per year 6 semesters Minimum 3.0-3.49 college GPA
Scholar $1,200 per year 6 semesters Minimum 3.5-4.0 college GPA
Phi Theta Kappa $1,500 per year 6 semesters Minimum 3.5 college GPA and a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Tuition waiver for Oklahoma students - Adult learners 24 years of age or older.
Scholarship/Waiver Amount Duration Eligibility
Adult Learner $600 per year 6 semesters Must be at least 24 years of age.
Tuition waiver scholarships for out-of-state students.
Scholarship/Waiver Amount Duration Eligibility
Non-Resident Varies by semester 6 semesters High school graduate - 2.0 GPA or 18 ACT or 860 on SAT transfer student - 2.0 college GPA.
