The Cowboy Cafe is the main dining spot at OSU Institute of Technology. It’s built to keep students, faculty, and staff fueled throughout the day.

Inside the cafe, you’ll find hot entrées, a grill serving made-to-order burgers, and a deli with fresh sandwiches and salads. The soup and salad bar offers lighter options, while grab-and-go items and drinks make it easy to eat between classes.

For a more elevated experience, OSUIT’s Culinary Arts program also operates the State Room and Tech Room. These spaces give students hands-on experience while offering high-quality meals for campus guests.

Need snacks, drinks, or basic essentials? A convenience store located in the Miller-Kamm residence halls is open to help you stay stocked.
