OSUIT Culinary Arts is partnering with the Mother Road Market in Tulsa to provide unique cooking classes for the upcoming 2018-2019 season. Classes will be taught by expert faculty chefs and will included full recipe packets, expert demonstration and a hands-on experience preparing the dishes. Classes will meet in the evening from 6pm - 8pm in the demonstration kitchen at Mother Road Market. All necessary tools and ingredients are provided.
