Located at the Southwest corner of the Student Union Building, the Campus Bookstore maintains a stock of OSU & OSUIT logo clothing and gift items, your favorite snacks and bottled soft drinks, greeting cards, in addition to tools, textbooks, and supplies needed for classes. 

Payment Information

We accept VISA, Mastercard & Discover for credit card purchases. Cash & Check are also acceptable methods of payment.  We can not accept C.O.D orders.

No credit card will ever be charged until your merchandise request is shipped.

Check Cashing

The Bookstore is unable to cash personal or payroll checks.

Student Account Charging

OSUIT Students may charge their textbooks, tools and class supplies to their OSUIT Bursar's account by presenting a current OSUIT student ID card and current printed class schedule to the Campus Bookstore staff beginning the first Monday following the previous semester graduation continuing through the first two weeks of the semester.

Charges for the SUMMER 2019 term will begin April 22, 2019 and end May 14, 2019.

FALL CHARGES will begin August 26, 2019 and end September 18, 2019.

Online Bookstore

You may purchase your books online with credit card or your student financial aid at osuitbookstore.okstate.edu .

Book charges on Student Financial aid are allowed each semester beginning the Monday following graduation and end two weeks from the day classes begin.

You may also participate in the book reservation program by filling out the book reservation form, attaching your class scheduling and emailing it to carol.bardin@okstate.edu or faxing it to 918-293-4637.

Shipping and Handling Charges

  • Single Book (given it will fit in shipping envelope) - $10.00
  • Flat Rate - $18.00
  • Overnight & 2-day price varies

Book Reservation Program

Students may take advantage of having their textbooks prepackaged and ready for pick-up by participation in the OSUIT Book Reservation Program. By filling out the book reservation form and attaching a copy of their class schedule for the upcoming semester, students may choose to pay by credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover) or have their textbooks charged to their Bursar’s account.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Textbooks: No Exchanges or Refunds will be made without a receiptRefunds on required textbooks will be given during the first two weeks of a semester if the course is dropped by a student or canceled by OSUIT provided the book is in new condition and accompanied by Cash Register Receipt and a Drop-Add Slip (change of schedule) signed by the Registrar.  Any cash, check or credit card refunds will be credited to a student bursar’s account and a check will be issued by OSUIT. There are no cash refunds. Books must be free of markings other than the Bookstore price label.  The bookstore will be the sole judge on determining the condition of the book(s). Online orders shipping and handling is non-returnable.
  • Clothing/Novelties: No Exchanges or refunds will be made without a receipt. There are no cash refunds. All refunds will be credited to a student bursar's account and a check will be issued by OSUIT. Refunds & Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Items will be refunded at the current value of the merchandise. Sale or clearance items may be exchanged only.  

Defective New Books

Defective new books will be replaced at once upon return with cash register receipt at no charge.

Used Books Are Not Guaranteed

All sales are final. No Returns.

OSUIT Bookstore Sales

Money made from purchases made at the OSUIT Bookstore stay here on our Campus. Every purchase made stays on campus to fund student programs and services, helping keep fees to a minimum.

Book Buy Back

Used books are only bought for the Bookstore during the last three class days of the semester. The summer BOOK BUY BACK will be Wednesday & Thursday, August 21 & 22, 2019, from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Friday, August 23, 2019, from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm. Books will be bought if they are in good resalable condition and are needed for the following semester. The value of your book depends on whether or not it is being used here on our campus the following term.

Tools

Tool sales are final and nonreturnable.
